South Dakota Statewide Coordinated Entry System (CES)
People experiencing homelessness and at risk of homelessness are connected with multiple resources through CES Access Points. Access is assured statewide via CES toll free call center. South Dakota Housing for the Homeless Consortium (SD-500 CoC) partner housing and services projects receiving Continuum of Care (CoC), Housing Opportunity Funds (HOF), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding receive participant referrals for housing and services via CES. Projects currently part of CES and receiving participant referrals from CES have an asterisk (*).
