RentWise teaches essential skills for a successful renting experience. Participants will learn and understand their rights as a tenant, as well as those of their landlord. Establishing a positive rental history is much like having a positive credit report. RentWise is open to the public and is designed to help those who have little to no rental experience and those who have had difficulty obtaining rental housing. Courses are held every other month in Aberdeen on a Monday evening at the HAPI office, 6-9pm. Registration requested.
