  • Budgeting, Financial Awareness & Debt Reduction
  • Mortgage-readiness
  • Developing a plan to purchase your home
  • Land Acquisition—home site
  • Tribal and BIA Approval
  • Loan Closing
  • Identity Theft, Insurance, Post Purchase
