SDHDA Participating Lenders originate, process and close all SDHDA First-time Homebuyer Program and Loan Assistance Program (LAP) loans.

On behalf of SDHDA, five Master Servicers (who are also Participating Lenders) will collect your monthly payments.

If you qualify for SDHDA's First-time Homebuyer Program, you will only make one payment to the lender for both the first and second mortgages.
