The Community Home Improvement Program (CHIP) has Income Limits which are slightly lower than the Income Limits for the First-time Homebuyer Program.
Your total gross household income, together with the county the home is located in, will determine which interest rate (1.9%, 3.9% or 5.9%) you qualify for.
These Income Limits change annually, usually in the spring of each year.
