HUD’s Annual Community Assessment
HUD’s Annual Community Assessment, which is HUD’s review of information in South Dakota’s most recent Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) as well as all other information on performance and compliance, is available to the public for review. The report states that the assessment meets the mandates of the statutes, provides a basis for working together collaboratively to further the achievement of our housing and community development goals, and meets key program and HUD objectives.
