One of the largest obstacles to homeownership is coming up with money to close the loan. South Dakota Housing Development Authority has programs to help.
With the Employer Mortgage Assistance Program (EMAP), qualifiers for the First-time Homebuyer Program can receive an additional low-interest loan to help cover downpayment and closing costs.
